Thank you for playing Colorflow Colony. This page provides gameplay help, troubleshooting information, and contact details for the app.
How to Play
- Select an unlocked level from the Map.
- Study the colors visible around the outside of the pixel picture.
- Tap an exposed color to release its matching grains.
- Choose colors in a safe order so the grains can flow into the colony.
- Clear the picture to complete the level and unlock its collectible artwork.
Troubleshooting
If a color cannot be cleared: check whether that color is exposed on the outer edge of the picture. Another color may need to be cleared first.
If the app does not respond: close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, restart your iPhone and make sure iOS is up to date.
If progress appears missing: game progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting or reinstalling the app may remove local progress.
When contacting support: include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, level number, and a short description of the issue. A screenshot or screen recording is helpful when available.
Saving Artwork
Colorflow Colony may request permission to add an image to Photos when you choose to save completed artwork, a bead-art preview, or a numbered pattern. If saving fails, check the app's Photos permission in iOS Settings. Denying this permission does not prevent normal gameplay.
